Talented and a versatile writer, also a labour analyst with over five years in the labour industry. Successfully generated labour related articles, reports, proposals, and informed reviews. The goals of this project are to explore the current labour assumptions in South Africa, especially in relation to race and governmental management and/or leadership. Thus, also finding the causes of, and solutions to, the current labour problems affecting Black graduates. It is also important for the government of South Africa to analyse this report and gain relevant information about the issues at hand that need to be corrected through intelligent decision-making processes.
Having worked in different labour sectors, including financial, manufacturing, engineering and academic, there has been a realisation of, among other possible issues, a trend that is displayed through irregular hiring processes. With this first-hand experience, it’s an important goal to voice out the root cause for high employment in South Africa through this project and also raise awareness.
Hopefully, the government will take this into consideration and take the issue as an urgent problem.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT
“I am opposing a social order in which it is possible for one man who does absolutely nothing that is useful to amass a fortune of hundreds of millions of dollars, while millions of men and women who work all the days of their lives secure barely enough for a wretched existence.”
